My Patient

Add patient : Use Add Patient Button navigation to add a patient details.
Search Patient : Search Patient by Name / Mobile number.
Update Patient : Search Patient Name and Click on Edit button icon to make the changes you want to do in Name and Mobile Number.
Check Patient History : Click on History button of the patient to check the previous symptoms list and prescription data.

What Next

Search Patient : Search a patient by Name or Mobile number.
Select Symptoms : Select symptoms of Patient from Chapter, Symptom, and Modality list.
Add Symptom list : Click on Symptom List to create a table of the symptoms for the patient. Add as many symptoms you want.
Get Remedies : Click on Get Remedies button to fetch the remedies list for the entire case as per the sum of effectiveness/no. of symptoms.
Prescription Box : Search and Select the remedy from autosuggestion which needs to be prescribed to the patient. Also Add potency, number of dosage and remarks.
Click on Save button.

What Next

Search Remedy : Search and Select a Remedy from Seach Remedy Section.
Select Symptoms : Select symptoms from Chapter, Symptom, Modality, Child, and SubChild list.
The number indicated at the end of every row indicates : The Action of the Remedy on the particular symptom or condition of the patient. ( This number will help the doctor to get a better insight of the patient’s case and the effectiveness of the remedy on the symptoms)

Search Miasam : Homeowiz helps you to know the Miasma of the Patient.
Select Symptoms : Select symptoms from Chapter, Symptom, and Modality list.
Add Row : Click on Add Row, the row gets added to the table below. Add another rows to the table Click on Calculate Total, this will display the cumulative value of each miasma.
Get Medicines; this button will fetch the total medicines for the rows you have added in the table according to the total. The medicine list will show you the miasmatic nature of the remedy ( with the score ) and the Potency of the remedy: Hot or cold. Now you can decide the remedy as per your expertise and experience. You can also delete the row, as shown .
